◆ Case 5: The Titan and the Prophecy ◆
There is another incident that raises the question of whether these occurrences could also be related to prophecies.
In 1898, the author Morgan Robertson published a novel titled Futility. This novel is about a cruise ship named TITAN that sinks in the North Atlantic after colliding with an iceberg. After the Titanic sank in 1912 due to a collision with an iceberg, the novel—which featured an extraordinary number of parallels to the Titanic incident—was renamed The Wreck of the Titan.
In 1935, there was another event with a striking number of similarities to the novel and the sinking of the Titanic. The coal freighter Titanian narrowly escaped disaster when it approached the very spot where the Titanic had its collision and also nearly collided with an iceberg.
The ship Titanian was traveling from England to Canada. On duty that night in April 1935 was William Reeves. Shortly before the freighter reached the fateful location of the Titanic (and the fictional Titan), William was gripped by an overwhelming sense of dread and threat.
This emotion became so powerful that he made an obviously illogical decision and shouted to the bridge: "Danger ahead!"
Seconds later, an iceberg was spotted ahead. The ship was able to veer away just in time. Interestingly, William Reeves was born on April 14, 1912—the very day the Titanic catastrophe occurred.
Can such incidents still be dismissed as coincidence? Or do they correspond to a fateful order whose connections we do not yet understand?
One could further explore this topic and even add quantum physics with the concept of entanglement. Ultimately, no matter how you look at it, coincidence doesn't seem to be so coincidental after all.
